Any hot sleepers? (Srs)
I usually crack the window next to my bed open, to let freezing cold air in
The room usually is about 55F during the night but probably a little cooler right where I am. And even then I sometimes wake up with hot flashes
A few nights ago I crashed at a friends place who kept the temp at like 68 and I couldn’t sleep cause I was getting too hot, even under one blanket. I kept waking up feeling like I was in a dry sauna
Starting to wonder if theres something wrong medically

lol
my first roommate freshmen year of college was a "hot sleeper," couldn't have the fan on while sleeping etc. completely goes against any and all logic
id walk into the room and it'd be at like 80
thank god I ran that ****ggot out by November
kid wanted to do accounting but was as dumb as a rock, he switched to Human resources lol
my other roommate that year was cool thank god

bro i'm the exact same. it was 37 degrees here and i kept waking up in the night thinking how hot it was. and i already sleep naked. i drink lots of water too so it's not a hydration thing.
