Yeah Sesame Street the most popular TV show for kids ever with a show on tv, 20+ mil subscribers on YouTube, an entire amusement-water park etc is concerned about a couple hundred gay bodybuilders?

I believe that image would not qualify for a lawsuit because the likeness of a particular character has to be of a certain threshold.

Aside from the shape of the head and a similar visage, it is like 90% different from how Bert has ever been presented on SS. Too much of the entire image is completely different.

Also, companies need to send a cease and desist FIRST. Theoretically you could make a quick buck and then have to stop - when I was a kid in high school I used to design Ninja Turtle merchandise on CafePress.ca when it was a much smaller operation. I was eventually contacted and told off but it stopped after one single email. *shrug*
