Standing desks are amazing! Total game changer

Why did I not move to one sooner? I have two monitors now and it’s way more comfortable

What’s your desk and monitor situation?

currently looking to get one but want to make sure I find one that has enough "Depth" so my monitor isnt right in my face.

also worried if I get an electric one, it will break.

Very happy with it.

Great invention!

its about health and productivity for me. you force yourself to stand and you will be way healthier in the long run.
I start to get random knee pain for sitting too long and low energy. Have to be on the pc all day regardless so this is a must have for me

do you guys have the electric ones or the manual ones btw?

When it’s cold I end up sitting with my feet under me/kneeling on my chair, and my shins get wreak. Also, I get less headaches because I’m not as hunched over

I find if I get tired standing helps a lot too. I’m also more likely to go put a folder away when I’m done with it

I'll stick with my 8' long, 1200 lb solid mahogany desk, sitting in my elevated throne of disdain.

Yeah I have one in my office

I do a lot of sales calls where I'm trying to pitch something to a prospect so standing up really gets me in the zone as opposed to sitting down, slouched etc.

What’s your desk and monitor situation?
I think standing desk is going to be the next move for me, Getting a JOOCY new IMAC and Have a spare monitor so Computer wise should be good but Can't stand and Work which kinda rustles me. Worried about the desk being to shallow as well because current DESK has great DEPTH

My employer's required a doctor's note. Don't be so thoughtful unless you know people will actually use them or have a medical reason to. If I were still at those employers, I'd still be using them. I think they're great. Usually used them 50% of the day.

I use a Secretlab chair and 43" wall mounted TV at home, so I can't stand anymore.
