Ya fedex fuked up a drop off for a party I was doing so I have 200 in caviar and I’d rather just eat it then try and figure out how the fuk I’m supposed to sell a large quantity (relatively speaking) of good but lowest quality sturgeon. Basically I could normally maybe try and sell 1oz tins at New Years for like 90 each and do a caviar service. But I have it in 3.5oz jars because it was for snacks at a party.

So I decided I’m just going to eat it all.

Caviar is better when you can take large bites of it, no tiny little smears.

I have like 3lb of those wild salmon eggs fresh as fuk. I’ve been eating that with just sushi rice and crisped seaweed

when people cook small portions like this how do they do it? do you like use an entire pot to boil 2 tiny pieces of broccoli? do you cook each of those 1 oz meat seperatly in different pans or the same one at the same time or do you cook them one by one? seems very tedious

Uh it’s a bunch of leftovers

I bought the poke and calamari and just portioned a bit out. I took some broccoli and steak from last night leftover. I took a piece of an old avocado in the fridge, sprinkled some salmon eggs on the meat, toasted some bread and ate the caviar and sourcream (which I had bought for taco night a few nights ago)
