I work in cyber security for DOD and I have mentioned many fuking times.

We will not go to physical war anymore, any major war will be cyber based and is currently cyber based. I can't talk much about what I do or know but I can give my opinion.

We would NOT win a cyber war between Iran, North Korea, or Russia. We will lose and have our total infrastructure taken down in no time at all. Those countries run of INTRA-net, we run all of our chit on INTER-net.....we could touch their local intra-net however.....it wont impact them much as they use old 3rd world chit to run their countries.



That being said.....it isn't news that social media is vastly run by troll accounts to make money and to control people. Russia has said many times by former and current KGB members that "all we need to do is pin Americans against themselves". This is how they will win.

If the internet went down tomorrow it wouldn't be oh ok lets just go back to life like it was in the early 90s. It would be more like the end of civilization. Not only money but think about all manufacturing, transport, food, water, electricity, etc etc. Every single database would have to be read from the server or local network that can access it - most of which data is probably not even stored on the server but on another server overseas (Cloud, server rental).

People would very quickly resort to killing and robbing each other once they realized their money is gone, supermarkets aren't stocking shelves, etc. But the cyber war is not so much about taking down the internet, its about shilling chit like COVID to control people and make the target country eat itself. Other examples would be all the liberal trolls, BLM, race wars, gender wars, etc etc. It's incredibly easy to take down a country that's already imploded and divided rather than united and strong.
