thinking about picking some up. Heard that **** knocks you out. Can't seem to shut up my mind and it's always racing and can't make myself relaxed enough to sleep. It's starting to affect my work, had to call in sick this week because of it.

The chit works! It makes me feel pretty groggy the next morning even after a night of fantastic sleep. Im fine once I get going but I usually feel a mellow body high for a few hours that I do enjoy.

I just pour a double of Scotch or bourbon, does the same thing and tastes better.
Look, you're my best friend, so don't take this the wrong way but, in 20 years if you're still here postin' in hhhnnnggg threads, beggin' for mod reps, and braggin' about whales you harpooned from POF, I'll f'in kill ya. That's not a threat, that's a fact, I'll f'in kill ya. You got somethin' none of us have, and you don't owe it to yourself man, you owe it to me. Cuz tomorrow I'm gonna wake up and I'll be red, and I'll still be a socially awkward/FA. And that's all right.

I use it 4 times a week. It doesn’t knock you out but it does make you sleepy after an hour or so, it doesn’t have side affects from what I can tell and it’s not habit forming.

Compared to ****** or lunesta it’s child’s play. There’s a reason it’s over the counter, don’t expect it to be a miracle worker.

I take melatonin and valerian every night a half hour before bed. I'm not sure if they actually help but my sleep has been much better since I started taking valerian. I also changed back to a later schedule at the same time I started valerian so it's hard to determine cause and effect.

I'll take diphenhydramine if I'm having trouble sleeping. It definitely helps. I almost always eventually get to sleep if I take it. I've read you can build up a resistance to it so I take it as little as possible. It does often lead me to oversleeping.

Like I said, it helps. But it's nothing like a prescription sleeping pill. The few times my brother gave me some of his prescription pills it was like being forced to go to sleep.

I use Walmart brand Benadryl. It's literally the same ingredient and costs like $10 for a 4 month supply

This. It's the only thing that works for me but I feel kind of like my mind is in a fog or groggy the next day. Like my mind won't completely wake up.
