Bloodshed in the stock market and crypto…you continue the assbleed or ..?

News says interest rates gonna go up and all indications are towards a bear market. What do you do?

1) Sell and wait for more bloodshed?
2) hold and wait for more bloodshed?
3) hold and continue buying more?
