That's what I used and took it religiously.

For me covid lasted 7 days and felt like a 6 beer hangover with mild fever and runny nose.

Clean diet, sunlight and good cardio workouts daily as preventative

also take Vitamin d3 with K2

and N acetyl cysteine (which is hard to find since FDA is cracking down on companies who make it and they pretty much banned it from Amazon)

Quercitin with zinc

Nordic Natural Fish oil or any top of the line quality one

thats about it.

D3 is the most important without a doubt. Zinc is good too, ZMA is a good way to take it. Both d3 and zinc require magnesium for them to be activated so magnesium glycinate/citrate/transdermal magnesium are best

Ive seen a few articles mentioning resveratrol, melatonin, zinc, and quercetin as being beneficial against COVID when taken early on.

I bought some resveratrol and stored away in case it is needed. Hope it helps. We also have some HCQ and would give that a try also if someone caught the virus and had symptoms.

The vaccine doesn't appear to be working well, so I guess good to have back up ideas available if needed to be tried.

Yeah you need to already have good vitamin D and zinc levels before you get it to have a good benefit.
