Dude these people are everywhere in the US. Last night I went to get some tea at the restaurant in the lobby of my condo and this guy goes running in front of me to take the table I was going to sit at even though there were like 3 open tables. His eyes were crazy and he was like "I'm sitting here with my whole family ahhhh". This is a 5 star hotel that's 1k a night. I'm twice the size of the guy but he's clearly fookin nuts so I sit at the next table. He's family arrives and holy chit. Within 5 min the 10 year old kids are cussing out the mom and dad and crying. The mom is screaming and their little dog is running around causing mayhem. They are yelling at the manager and at eachother at the same time. The mom is super Karen with eyes as crazy as her husband. I'm convinced the whole family is on massive amounts of ******** and ***** even the kids and dog. I see these types of people all the time in the US. They don't exist elsewhere.

Ah, didn't see that part of the video.

I thought this was a Liberal video showing that disciplining your child by smacking them was wrong at that was the "american" parenting style to avoid (or some bs like that).
