Became a father yesterday

Hope your all well

Thank you everyone for teaching me alot of things my parents didn't and hopefully im able to pass them onto my two little boys.

Any tips on protecting them from clown world?

Make them eat a lot of protein early on and try to starve them once in while to make them even stronger.

Will %100 be doing everything to get them tall AF, both sides of my family are Male 6ft4+ , female 6ft+ I'm a 5ft9 manlet.
