My dad had some degenerate tendencies

There was one point my dad was sleeping with two twins ( I'm sure they were prostitutes) right next to me when I was like 8-10.

I also remember him sleeping with a teen when he was well in his forties.

Just for context my dad never had a stable LTR.
All my childhood, I've seen him change girlfriends every year or so.

The crazy thing is that I have about 15 siblings that I know, but I'm sure the real number is close to 20.

He must have been pretty young. Parents had a LOT of children [15 or 16 IIRC] and divorced. Minor girls went with mom and minor boys went with dad. Grandpa was in institution type children's homes and spent a fewyearsin hospital with meningitis.

At some point he was put out on the street and a hobo. As I heard it he was jumped by some men. Said he killed them and he was convicted and sent to prison for it. But I guess not for a super long sentence. I think that men raping men was something that just wasn't recognized at the time. Said that he was raped in prison [# unknown] and killed them all too. Guess he got away with it or the guards turned a blind eye because he was out and met up with grandma by around 1939 or so.

I imagine he wasn't heavily involved in all his kids lives but as reckless as he sounds I have to give him a bit of props for being somewhat involved in your lives.

Nope he wasn't involved in the lives of his other kids.
I was the " lucky" one to be raised by him.

Overall, it was a negative experience and probably fukked me up emotionally.
He was a narcissist for sure.
His mood fluctuated based on how he was doing financially, and he often beat the living hell out of me for the smallest thing.

He taught me a lot of good things tho. He made sure I did well in school and was semi informed when it came to politics/literature/economics at young age.
