Just witnessed two girls yelling at these two guys

The girls were yelling at them for scratching their balls in public and that they were rude and there were woman and kids around.
The two dudes just started laughing and said they had crabs and couldn't help it. They started yelling stuff about keeping a 6 feet distance away from each other to not spread the crabs. Not sure wtf was going on.

I had a similar incident, but they were talking about buttholes. Buttholes are where I draw the line.
