700k does not get you anything special in a lot of parts of the US.

2k a month (assuming full time daycare) is expensive, but not absurdly so, especially before they are potty trained.

I don’t agree with the prices, but I’ve seen them first hand. That said this list is stupid. Who the hell includes charity in their budget? Car payment better be for multiple vehicles. Lessons do add up. My kid does martial arts + piano, and his sister will start soon.
