If I were in a room with 4 of those cartoons and 2 bullets, I would shoot myself twice.

Batman was fun to watch

the boondocks for sure. I only watched like one episode lol.
avatar was cool. batman beyond was REALLY cool, my favorite show. OG batman animated series in general was my childhood.
rick and morty came wayyyy later in most of our lives, watched that chit when I was a senior in highschool and college.
if this was more of a 90's kid list it would have like pokemon indigo league and stuff like that

Rick and morty never got into, it came out much later and I was kinda old for it at that point.

If you'd have asked about:
Tom n Jerry
Loonie Tunes
DBZ
Pokémon
That'd be a harder question.

Rick and Morty. I watched the first episode and I absolutely hated the grandpa and his vomit burps.
Avatar I have watched through like 5 times and Batman was another great 'grown up' kids cartoon. I can't comment on Boondocks but I'd take it over Rick & Morty. Cue copy pasta.

Never got into Avatar, thought it was cringeworthy. Boondocks was awesome, Batman was always great, but Rick and Morty is god tier in my opinion. Yeah it looks stupid on the surface, but if you actually pay attention to it there's tons of references and themes interwoven throughout the show and it's great.
Also see sig, it's from Rick and Morty in this scene. To me, arguably one of the most eye opening sequences in a cartoon that I've ever watched. There's also some other hard hitting scenes from this show that perfectly encapsulate certain feelings like love, depression, sadness, loneliness, etc. But to the average viewer this just flys over your head. The first couple of episodes are a little meh, but after that it really starts to get serious while still being funny.
Favorite episodes are probably the Vat of Acid, Pickle Rick, Autoerotic Assimilation, and some others.
