I honestly find it worked best for me when I had just one goal and focused on it.

E.g. Make it to the gym 4 x times a week / protein/caloric intake

this way, no matter what happened (work/life/etc) I still kept to my goal and it's my priority

any time I made more than one goal, I kept getting distracted and fell off the wagon

I always have a ton of goals/things I need to do. Lots of them aren't 'goals' but more like things I want/need to buy and such

But the main ones...

Pass CPA exam...2 out of 4 passed. Retaking AUD in february...AUD exams sucks...no math involved just memorization/theory stuff
Save the rest needed for house downpayment...looking to buy around Q1 2023.
After cpa exam I need another 12 credit hours to meet the 150 requirement

Those are the main ones...other ones are not worth mentioning here. CPA exam sucks while working full time... can't wait to have my life back.

The OHP is a bish to get, I gave up on it and doing DB presses / machine pressing instead. Good on you

Those are massive goals. CPA alone is a beast!
