I take a little bit of vitamin d3 in the winter...that's it.

whatever multi is on sale. currently taking some now adam multis. tbh I think I have some sort of nutrient malabsorption thing. I can take over 3x the "safe" dose of zinc pico and don't feel any side effects, for instance.
