single handed press on horizontal bench - yay or nay?
Is it a legit movement that yields the same results as a two-handed press?
I don't have dumbbells in my garage gym, so tried this variation today with a kettlebell. Feels weird, but that's likely because of the additional balancing that is involved, which should be a good thing in theory (the same as the front squat is harder than the back squat). But I didn't feel that insane chest pump as with two dumbbells.
Thoughts?
