Would wearing something like this everyday make any real difference in posture?

posture correctors don't work because it implies that you have a wrong posture that needs correction.

It’s a reminder. When wearing it once your posture isn’t straight it feels weird till you are straight again. So kinda.

Why not stretch your pecs and build a stronger back?

I've been in the fitness game for a while, and posture correctors have made a noticeable difference in my routine. If you’re consistent, they can help realign your posture and reduce back pain. I started using one from Gymyog
, and it’s been a game changer. The key is to wear it as recommended and combine it with exercises that strengthen your core and back muscles
