Why is it okay for a black male cop to shoot an unarmed white female ?

Lets remember january 6th

the day a black male capitol police officer used his weapon to shoot a white female US veteran in the back as she climbed through a door with an American flag draped around her.

He was let off with 0 charges and praised as a hero by the federal government for shooting someone who challenged them.

Can you think of other instances where police have shot a veteran simply climbing through something with no weapons?

Why did the media not point out the fact that this officer was black and a male and the person shot was a white female? Thats not racist but a white cop shooting a black unarmed male is? Where is the consistency?

Are we not allowing veterans who are unarmed to enter the state capitol? and if they do the punishment is execution on the spot?

Im curious exactly what crime Ashli Babbit would have been charged with if she was arrested, would it have been something severe enough to warrant life in prison or the death penalty?

With that said, I agree with your underlying sentiment. We can make a pretty educated guess on how this would have played out if it had been a white male cop shooting an unarmed black woman.

That's debatable. Breaching the White House and getting closer to the POTUS with the intent to harm is pretty difficult to spin into something racist.

You really think the police should just let a crowd of people break into the Capitol, and into a chamber where the Vice President and Congress are and do nothing? Lol...you sound like a future Darwin Award winner.

The cops did their job. I'm actually surprised more people didn't get shot after breaking into a sensitive building like the Capitol and assaulting Federal officers, the cops showed a lot of restraint given the circumstances.

You sound like a cop hater who just wants to criticize police without understanding their perspective (outnumbered by mob, unknown if weapons are in the mobs backpacks and pockets, witnessed officers being assaulted, protecting VIPs including Vice President Pence).

Honestly I have heard just as many stories saying this as what I posted, because of the media and the witnesses there it is extremely hard to discern exactly what happened

Eitherway she was unarmed, she was a veteran, she was climbing, none of which changes ANYTHING about what I said you are just arguing very small nuances that have nothing to do with the point

what does Breach even mean? They were American citizens, they are ALLOWED to enter the capitol. Go look up the definition of "breaching" and stop using words to make things sound worse than what they are.

You probably think I would be against the shooting if she were black and him white. I already said that I don't think she should've died, and I'd feel the same if the roles were different.

That's the unfortunate truth which should really open our eyes to the fact that someone wants civil unrest and racial tension. It's benefitting someone and we're all playing right into it.
