They are alright. If you put fast food burgers on a spectrum they are in the top half.

The fanbois need to calm their tits though.

It's a burger.... The average human has an IQ of below 70

Take those two things and add a little marketing and you have the In N Out trend...

compared to the main fast food giants (mcd's, BK, wendys, carls jr, etc) i'd say they're significantly better.

Compared to other higher quality fast food (shake shack, checkers, habit, etc), they're about on par, better than some, worse than others.

Also, never go in the drive thru unless it's empty. All the local ones here, drive thru wraps around the parking lot whereas you could just park, go in and order, and get your food within 5 minutes or so.

Look, its a good burger, that is it. Don’t be like the morons that think its the best thing ever and get disappointed because their expectations were high.

Go in there with low expectations and you will enjoy it. I prefer it over the other fast food burger places

The only In n Out in my area has a line going around the perimeter of the parking lot, sometimes branching off into two separate lines that converge at the drive-thru.

No fukcing way is a cheeseburger and french fries worth that bull****.

It's great for what it is. Better than average fast food burgers. You have to compare to others in it's demographic. Also if you don't live in an area that has an In and Out but visit an area that has one, it's definitely worth going out of your way for.

Their burgers are good, but they remind me of the quality of a burger you could get at a cafeteria. Not bad, but not exceptional.

This. Their fries suck though. Shakes are really good but plain. We are getting a whataburger here in the next month or 2. Looking forward to trying it.

I go every now and then when I go visit my friend down in Kiezer however, only really get their fries, animal style.

Their burger just doesn't really do it for me.

So, I'd rather just get 3 large order of animal style fries.

For the price it is very good and the animal style fries are very good but the fries by themselves are not good but I like $4 for a double double that's pretty good but nothing beats Whataburger which is really really good

Probably one of the best fast food burgers you can get. Five guys is good too.

I didn't really think they were that special for a long time, but would go with friends anyway. Then for whatever reason I started liking them and they became my top 3 burger choice.

Not worth waiting in drive through for 15 minutes though, which is the norm in most places.

Whataburger Patty Melts are where it's at

Only thing In N Out really has going for it is the price for the quality. And their fries are horrendous, maybe the worst in all of fast food
