[Clown World News]: With Omicron spreading, dr's are advising to ditch cloth masks.

Doctors and healthcare systems say it might be time to change your face masks.

With infections surging due to the fast-spreading Omicron variant, including among the vaccinated, physicians are now urging people to ditch cloth face masks, which they say may not provide enough protection against the virus. Instead, they recommend pairing cloth masks with surgical models or moving on to stronger respirator masks.

The Mayo Clinic began on Thursday requiring all patients and visitors to wear surgical masks or N95 or KN95 masks. Anyone wearing a single-layer, homemade cloth mask, gaiter or bandanna, or a mask with a vent, will be provided a medical-grade mask to wear over it.

Single-layer cloth masks, which many people prefer for comfort and style, can block larger droplets carrying the virus, but aren’t as effective in blocking smaller aerosols or particles carrying the virus, according to infectious-disease specialists.

Well ya think duh !
A mask rated for 5000 nanometers is going to stop a virus 120 nanometers in diameter ? Even my P100 mask only stops particles as small as 300 nanometers.
I was like lol , just lol. Now there just realizing this . Ok

Mask makers were looking at all the money big pharma was making and wanted in on the action. You can bet more and more people are going to suggest stop using cloth masks in favor of N95.

Sad thing is you can get the virus threw your eyes to, and a shield isn’t stopping chit.
You basically need a full blown hazmat suit to be safe , then decontaminate the items you bought in the store , as the virus can live up to a year in your freezer .
It’s so easy to go back to square one no matter what we do ,
Just let it do it’s run like the Spanish flu did , then will be back to normal just like with the Spanish flu two years later.

If your concerned about grandma , lock yourself in your house till it’s over.
Although that may prolong it lol
