https://nypost.com/2022/01/04/bodyca...n-on-sidewalk/

Video in link.

- Officer Orlando Hernandez and his partner Anthony Aranda, both 25, were helping another cop and were in hot pursuit of a suspect who had run away
- Footage shows Hernandez turn the steering wheel nearly 180 degrees to swerve out of the way of other cars
- But his cruiser slides slightly to the right, making him jump the sidewalk and smash into Michael Wayne Jackson, 62
- Collected data suggests the cruiser was traveling at 75mph before mounting the sidewalk
- President of the Houston Police Officers' Union said: 'It's my belief that the officers left the road to avoid a collision and never saw the citizen'
- It is unclear whether prosecutors will press charges against Hernandez

R . . .
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

Damn, imagine going out for a nightly stroll to get or stay healthy and you get ran down over something not even that serious.

Guy was close to retirement age. Maybe he was walking home after a long shift. Fuuuuuuuuuuukkk, gets sadder the more you think about it.

Stay safe brahs.
