Haven't lifted in 2 weeks because bicep tendon is messed up, plus holidays etc where I spent most of it drinking and eating chit. Should be good to go in a week'ish though once tendon stops being gay

I haven't stopped since I started. It's been give or take 13 years of sacrifice, discipline, and consistency.

So, IN.

I have it down to I workout before work, which is 4 days a week. I very rarely miss this unless I take the night off sick, or we have to make plans before going into my night shift like a cookout or something.

Still going strong, took a couple weeks off at the end of last year due to my wedding and stuff.

3+x per week lifting w/ sauna post workout, just started swimming a couple times per week training for a triathlon. I do feel clearer minded and more alert since adding in cardio, would recommend.

Have two herniated discs (L4/L5 and L5/S1) that have prevented me from deadlifting or squatting with any real weight for a number of months now. But still benching strong.
