investing question.

I yoloed and put 1k on sp500 with a 20x leverage. Was this a stupid move? Should i pull my money out? Reasoning behind this choice was that if sp hits 5k im balling. But if it goes under 4.5k imfukked.

probably ****ed. omicron has 700k+ new cases for the last 4 days. the whole country is gonna get it and labor is gonna stop and drop stock prices.
or maybe not, i dont fricken know, maybe biden will put out a stimulus and pump stocks (aka devalue the dollar)

20x leverage is definitely gambling

DCAing the S&P 500 over years is more like investing and then who cares about short-term fluctuations outside of maybe throwing more cash at the big dippers

If you're a coward you should be buying the bottom of the trend not the top lmao. We could very easily get some bad news and volatility that sends it back to 4400, or we can keep going sideways/slightly up for the next few months.
