I don't understand the whole intermittently fasting thing honestly. Your body only goes through protein synthesis so many times per day. Why not take advantage of it? I guess if you are trying to limit calories during a cut that's one thing. But it is not a good diet for building muscle. "but the body produces more growth hormone." Yeah but that's meaningless without food to build. Muscle comes from calories. Have literally heard people ask if they should bulk with an intermittent fasting diet. Lmao da fuk?

I do 16/8 for the majority of my fasts & sprinkle in a full-day fast on Wednesdays, maybe even Saturday as well.
Just depends on how I am feeling.

Call it what it is (time restricted feeding) Anyways Been doing it for over 10 years I would say 20 hours is the sweet spot.
I like to eat 70-90% of cals then wait a bit go for a walk then eat again go for another walk.
That being said I'm eating a ketogenic/carnivore diet so my intake is 4-5000 cals.
When I'm eating a regular diet my intake is 2700-3300 and I have a smaller window and eat all at once 22/2.
