You do have some muscles. But you are also a bit chunky and the posing isn't too great

What's the lowest BF% you've been?

If you've not been ~13 or less, give a good diet a try. You can bulk up much leaner and you'll appreciate the gains more.

Looks like you could bring your back up quite a bit more. Need more lats and lower back. Also, cutting bf will help a lot.

I think if you slowly cut out 30 pounds or so, you'd look aesthetic.

Of course, you'd have to shave or at least trim that thick salt n pepper mane
