ZMA is snake oil. Get Ancient Minerals Magnesium oil. Use 1st thing in morning and before bed. Spray it on before you go to bed on the bottom of your feet. And on your legs back and shoulders. About 10-12 sprays. Rub it in. It will dry on or you can wash it off after 20 minutes. May itch at first, but that is all the magnesium supplement you need

what kind of deficiency?

a normal diet and multi should provide you enough zinc. if you are trying to paint faces, then you'll need 50mg zinc, arganine, lecithin (sun flower), and Pygeum.

Wouldn't the only real, true way to figure this out be by getting a blood test before and after using a product?
If not, guessing if it worked would be a close second, lol.
