Do you brahs buy this calorie burn for an ELECTRIC bike ride?

Took the electric bikes out to Sanibel Island yesterday for a nature ride along the coast.

I was pedaling with assist, so I was still moving not just using the motor. I know Fitbit bases cals on heart rate but the Charge 5 also auto tracks your GPS, so did it overestimate the effort based on how far I traveled?

Headed across the causeway to the island:

Yes, if it uses GPS then it over-estimates your effort on e-bikes. That’s why people say to track the workout as an indoor/spin ride so it only bases your effort on heart rate.

Good tip thanks. It "auto detected" the ride - I didn't think to track it because, ebike. But I'd still be interested how much activity I'm really getting. That HR seems really high to me, my resting is 60

Great pictures, but what is a Southwest Florida aristocrat like yourself doing in Sanibel during the high season?

Was amazed how few people were there, srs. Getting off was a nightmare as usual tho.

Last time we were at Algiers beach we snuck an early morning beach session and by the time we were LEAVING at 9:30 am the parking was on overflow. Crazy.

e.g cardio amount not in calories burned but in sessions x time
communist until you get rich
rightwing until financially secure
atheist until the plane starts falling
slootist until you get married
muslim after you get married
