Day 2

Woke up with fever, headache, scratchy throat. Mild cough with some phlegm.
Tested positive.
No loss of taste or smell
Asked for monoclonal treatment.
They're out 10 days.

Taking: vitamin D3. 10 IU, vitamin C..alot , zinc 15mg, quercetin, NAC 3xs a day.
Rotating tylonel and advil.

Any other suggestions I may have missed?

the loss of smell/taste usually kicks in towards the end but lasts awhile. It's just the flu relax.

Walk if you can. Everyone I know that has been on that supplement protocol had a maximum of 3 bad days. That includes me at this point.

I am on vacation with 13 people, we all caught it. No one was sick for more than 3 days and the worst 2 had a bad cough. 2 were asymptomatic including an 85 YO.
Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.
Lift heavy and do HIIT to look and feel awesome.
Use the internet to learn why you should do these things and how to do these things.

Don't worry brah. Girl and I both had it and it was VERY mild. Worst part was coughing when trying to sleep but Nyquil or Mucinex take care of that.

Your supp stack is more than sufficient. I would add 5mg of melatonin at night before bed until you start feeling better. I also believe that EGCG can be used in place of quercetin as a better zinc ionophore but you could probably also use both. I also might up the dose of Zinc a bit. Shouldn't pose any copper deficiency issues since you'll likely be taking it short term.

Get it prescribed, buy the livestock injectible solution, or the horse paste. It's been covered on here already. The dosage for humans is different, but the edible horse paste (without any other medicines in it) is perfectly safe for humans.

In my case started this Monday, 2nd day being the worst like yourself (huge headache and fatigue). Confirmed by a rapid test. Gf has it also.

Definitely reminds me a relatively strong cold I had in college. In my case no fever and no taste/smell loss (yet) but small cough

Taking it easy out of precaution. Between Netflix and war zone I keep working a bit remotely for ****s and giggles and cause I like what I do. Energy is descent, doing sauna and walking. Double pfizered.

****tiest thing I guess is the slower than usual sleep onset first couple of nights

Remember that you probably don't have the vanilla covid-19 virus, which was much scarier especially due to potential long term effects. At worst you have Delta which is a lot more contagious, but has weaker symptoms. Depending on the development in your area you might have Omicron which is extremely contagious, but also much milder.
