How do you brahs cutting deal with hunger?

I literally just ate 12 oz of chicken breast and about 12 oz of broccoli and I'm sitting here starving, wanting to eat a pizza to feel full.

I don't even think I crave foods because they taste good, I crave to feel full. (Ded fkn Srs)

Add EC stack to the equation for about a month.
Be happy while you're living, for you're a long time dead.

I drink bullion cubes in warm water. Makes you feel like you've eaten a bunch of chicken and dumplings for a while.

More clean foods at your sittings:

I tried to Triple clean foods such as fish, chicken breasts, lean beef, ground Turkey or pork. Huge bowl of steamed peas or California blend.

Cravings reducing shakes:

If I feel I need more to satisfy my oversized hunger I’ll do a protein smoothie with frozen mixed berries or mango. Hemp, ground flax, chia, spirulina and other plant protein powders, peanut butter powder and raw oats are in my weekly blender rotations.
I used to stuff it full of whey and sports nutrition marketed protein powders but I now don’t do muscle milk or optimum 100% mixed with milk anymore. I use all plant based proteins in my shakes now. I feel I’m older now my days or bulking are behind me and not every gram of protein I take in needs to be from animal meat or metric tons of cows milk.
I am trying to get more plant protein. I cut back on red meat in exchange for more fish - salmon, roughy, cod, swordfish, tuna, etc in my meals. Oh and I eat eggs between 3-12 daily.

Water water water:

Especially iced cold

And if you feel you need more comfort food flavors protein bars or Keto shacks help here and there. Nuts are good too.
There’s a ton of low carb snacks cucumbers, avocado, big sticks of butter or margarine eaten raw like a huge candy bar, goldfish crackers, certain hard cheeses, hard boiled eggs, maybe jerky (toms of sodium in most maybe make your own using a dehydrator whatchamacallit? ), and likely some Atkins treats. I used to abuse those p3 portable protein packs on a cut.

Pickles, tomatoes, things like above work for some people while on a cut. Suppressing hunger is a challenge though.

Just Research, and water.

you need to do longer fasts (ex: ADF) and carnivore for a month

your stomach will shrink on you fasting days making it very easy to feel full on your feast days

carnivore will eliminate your carb/junk food cravings

You really do get used to it, the more you in a state of craving food. The old adage of “If you aren’t hungry at least once a day, you are most likely fat” is the truth. Trust me, you aren’t starving, you’ll find it much more a mental / emotional reaction more than a physical one. The more time spent will help differentiate between if you are bored, thirsty, being a bish, or if your body is truly in need of food.

One particular method that helps me to feel full when eating a meal is to drink a quart of hot water before the meal. Makes me feel much more full.

Coffee / tea when random snack cravings hit as well, and then go for a walk. Don’t just sit there.
