Is the pronoun in bio thing a fad or something permanenet?
Only just 12 years ago no one would even use pronouns in bios and barely ever heard words such as "diversity", "Inclusiveness", and "empowerment". Is this the new normal or just a passing fad?

If you want to call the mass feminization of western society a fad, then yes.

It's marxist indoctrination to make us feel we are more separated by labels/tribes. Much easier to conquer a divided people.
A million miles away - I don't.. feel.... anything.

Ive seen so many tiktocs and such were they are mocked. Also for those boldly obnoxious enough to actually introduce themselves with their pronouns it is rather elitist and self-centered to instruct someone you just met on how to addresss you as though you are some kind of Royalty and screams Narcistic Personality Disorder.Oh it's a fad, it will eventually be laughed at and a source of embarrassment for many.
You'll notice that the LGBTQWERTY used to complain about hate, then discrimination, and equality but now talk about inclusion a lot and a lot of it is because they find that they get excluded. People will smile, tell them that's great, tell them they support them, and then as soon as they walk away will not have anything to do with them. People do with among different races and ethnics as well, it's just human nature.
