I like optimum nutrition, but it's over $100 after tax for a 5lb tub at popeyes now.
WTF is that chit?
Im open to any brand... What's your go to website to order from, and best flavors?

Protein powder is convenient if you're strapped for time or if you're out and about

Sometimes I'm in a hurry and don't feel like frying some eggs - so it's easy to just crush a quick protein shake and then jet out

When I cut, I get a tub of whey to help me meet my higher protein demands. I get 4 pounds of it on Amazon for like 45$ or something. I think it's called 6 star. It's not isolate but that's all gimmicky marketing. 2 grams of fat is not going to destroy me.
I don't do shakes like a pleb either. I bake with whey protein pretty much exclusively now. I usually make cheesecakes with it when I cut.
