I don't get why they don't do they chit on closed roads instead of public roads. A car going that speed is like a bomb.

I hit 120 mph in my 1978 saab 99 Turbo back in the early 90's on a private air strip and that was scary AF.
I still had some RPM's left but the needle was pegged and I was running out of landing strip.

Oh man. The animal actually merged with the car, like something out of a Manga cartoon.

At that speed, it looks like the other cars aren't even moving, although they are probably doing 80mph+

Fastest I have driven was 100mph in a Peugeot 206 1.4l. I hit 100 and came right back down, as the car is not built to withstand that kinda pressure for long at all.

Wtf? Every car I've owned would hit 120 including a Honda civic and Ford focus.

I had 53 mile commute through some empty stretches of highway so I put those commuter cars to the test regularly.

Really smooth, which could be the camera equipment but the scenery seemed a lot like it was repeating themes. That car is capable of going that fast.

I managed 160mph in a hire car in Germany, it’s not the ‘driving’ it’s having sight lines to see which traffic ahead of you is changing lanes. Fortunately I am extremely skilful.

I’ve done 240 kph (150 mph) in a corvette and doubling on a bike. That’s fast enough for me.
My friends chain on his Kawasaki ninja blew at over 300kph but he stayed upright somehow.

I’ve also been to crashes that involved these speeds. Not much to do from a medical perspective, you generally can’t find all the pieces of the body.
