MLK vs Malcolm X - discuss

I don't know enough about either of these two folks.
From my limited understanding, MLK advocated peaceful integration whereas Malcolm X thought peaceful integration just isn't possible?

So if I'm getting this right, MLK would be provax while Malcolm X would be pure blood because of his anti authoritarian streak.

I understand with the "by any means necessary" energy by Malcolm X but this was never going to really work.

MLK's way was the right one but sometimes pacifism doesn't work.

We can't know what they would think about Vax bro. But yes, Malcolm X was more militant, tell it like it is guy while MLK was a diplomat. MLK gets the big chunk of credit for getting the civil rights movement to really get going, but they deserve equal credit in my view.

Malcolm was pretty based on a lot of things, and he did eventually scale back the "evil whitey" thing after his trip to Mecca. He probably wouldn't be a vaxcel.

Malcolm came to realise that he was being used as a mouthpiece by the Nation of Islam, and was speaking THEIR words. His trip to Mecca put a lot in to perspective. His black/white view of the world seemed to change somewhat after that visit, he started to see things in terms of the human race, not so much black and white. Although he was still an advocate of black civil rights.

Interestingly, Muhammad Ali opined that after Malcolm parted with N of I, he had to "get good" with white people, as he no longer had the protection he used to have.
