They send back the tests positive and negative with your DNA on it back to China where China has all your DNA now.

America is now ran by China. Joe Biden has direct ties to China as does his son. Hollywood is funded directly by Chinese markets for movies. JJ Abrams, Spielberg and some Michael Bay stuff. All the top directors making action films specifically get most of their return back from China.
