Its the year 2010.....

It's a Thursday night you're in College. You text your boys to come over, and watch the new episode of Jersey Shore.

Most of your friends don't have Friday classes so you're def getting drunk tonight.

Finish the new episode, and it's time to pregame with some 4 lokos before a night out on the town.

One of your friends is already drunk, and starts fist pumping.

Before you head out you check your ********, and get excited that someone posted on your wall. You reply back, and then update your status about how tonight is gonna be sick, and also a reference to Jersey Shore.

Start playing some tunes during pregame such as:






Some girls come over to pregame, and they put on: While showing you their new blackberry phone







You finally go out have a blast but towards the end the night is a blur.


Get home hammered go to sleep. Wake up check your ********, and see 5 new friend requests from people you don't even know and a private message from some chick "Hey last night was fun!" That you don't even remember.

It's Friday, and you just woke up at 1pm so you say fuk it crack open another beer, and tell the boys to come over later. Do it all over again

Das it mane girls were more receptive back then no selfies. Cell phones there, but couldn't really access social media yet at least most of them.


Also when Trance was peaking before it fell off.

my balls tingled reading that
I remember 2010, it was a ****ing GOAT year. Even kicked it off in Time Square with my friends. I was still in Uni, 2nd year, with no other worry than the exams. Going out 2-3 times a week, just laughing all the time. Everything was about enjoying ourselves. Didn't have crippling anxiety back then, didn't worry about my ****ing back like an elderly, didn't think too far ahead.

There is this quote from The Office that always hits home when I hear it: ''I wish there was a way to know you were in the good old days before you actually left them''

I was a senior mane trying to enjoy my last yr of college before venturing into the real world the economy was chit at the time, but ppl still knew how to have fun.

Yeah man that was a great year I'll never forget seeing this on Youtube the first time before World Cup 2010 I was in awe looking forward to the world cup everything wasn't severely politicized yet or "Woke" Just an amazing montage.

2010 I was still hanging out with my two high school best friends most weekends. Most of my guy friends were still single so the social life was really good. Dating was like shooting fish in a barrel. Some amazing times and a period of our lives we'll never get back.

Can't say I have much nostalgia for the culture though. The music has aged alright and there were some good movies but most of my reminiscing is for the 90's early 2000's.

Saw your age so I understand movie that sticks out in that year for me is Inception everyone was raving about it. Of course 90's, and early 2000's are the best. Reason 2010 always sticks out to me is because I was 22 so still young, and able to go out and drink at least in the U.S.

I envy the people that were born in the late 70's 1999-2000 seemed like the perfect time to turn 21 in the U.S.

Imagine this playing in 99 as you turn 21 at midnight at a bar/club no social media cell phones everyone having fun...more feels for the misc hahah.

Fuark I still remember 2010, was the first year I was skinny in my life after being a fat kid. Discovering lifting, diet and all of that stuff.

Also remember it's when I discovered the misc, life was never the same

No stress living, getting your best buddy and going to play soccer/basketball matches in the park
