When did misc become pure right-wing political threads

I know it's been like this more or less for a while but really crept up on me now it's all it is

Funny chit that used to be misc staple is gone, no one ever talks about lifting.

It's all vaccine/Biden/men's rights etc. I don't disagree with a lot of the opinions but this place has become nothing than an echo chamber for right-wing brahs to get some catharsis. All the nuance and variety has gone.

About half my threads are about vaxx/covid misinfo, but considering that I currently cannot go to public gyms, eat in a restaurant, or go to any venue, without getting tested, while vaxxcels that are currently all sick with omicron can, is kinda affecting my life and I need a place to bitch about it
