Dave portnoy reviewed my local pizzaria

Delucias brick oven in NJ. He voted 9.4 and said it could be one of the best he's ever had.

Apparently there is like a 2-3 hour wait for pizzas now lmao




I don't live that close anymore, but I grew up eating pizza here. Used to skateboard around Raritan (rat-town babyyy) then hit Delucias almost daily.

Yeah I think so. Brick oven is a different beast... It's like having a steak on a grill vs a steak from a pan. Both a great but the grill just gives it that extra oomph
