i would say 2006-2007

brb mIrc was still roaring
brb AIM my gf and bois on my sidekick
brb hit up limewire for some full albums
brb search some local whores on myspace and invite them over.
After fagbook became popular around 2008 and the iphone came out it was game over

misc peak was 2012 (reading all the threads as an outsider caused me to join this place)

I dunno. I have an idea that the years 2005-2010'ish were the golden internet years.

So many crazy sites that have since been watered down or shut down (e.g Newgrounds is sanitsed and has had so much of the offensive stuff removed). Social media was much less consuming than it is now. Misc was strong during those days.

School work > Science > Chemistry > Section 5 > weeks 5-10 > HG12.3> AP17 > (good stuff that you hope is buried deep enough)
