Does Natural Test. Levels Matter?

Typo in title: I meant Free Testosterone

Hey dudes. My brother and I sent in a couple of at-home free testosterone tests where they have you spit in a tube and send it in. My brother got his results back and found that he's on the lower side of normal -- something like 68 pg/dL. It turns out, I also have lower testosterone -- only 48 pg/dL. I work out hard, consistently, and have a good diet. I don't think there's much more I can do to raise my levels. My main question is, do you think it would make a difference if I got my levels up to the higher range of normal?

Thank ye

Those at-home tests are inaccurate. You should get blood drawn

Yes, it does make a difference if you gain 30+%.

Mentally at least as much as physically.

Professional intervention will affect you even more.

Good call. Now that it's in question I'll go do that.

Thanks for the input man. I've heard from some people that you won't notice a difference whether you're within the normal range. I'm more wanting to just be healthier like anything else that's needed that I may be deficient in.

It's not so much about that and more about if it'd be healthier to have higher levels.

Sorry, I didn't actually mean that as a serious comment.

My one actual though is some skepticism about how "healthy" being higher than normal is. Is having high test actually beneficial to overall health, or is moderate test better? I'd have some initial doubts, though inb4 real men in the old days had grams of test in their systems.

No prob, mang. That's true, it may be that higher than average levels may be detrimental. I'm wondering if being low on testosterone and then bringing it up to the higher range of normal would be beneficial. If it isn't, and any level below the enhanced level of a bodybuilder is all about the same, then I'd like to know.

I'm leaning towards not going on. I'd rather not have to rely on something like that. I would do it if it'd make my life better without much risk, but it's not seeming like it's worth it.

If it makes any difference, the majority who end up cruising come from a relatively lower class, socially, and decide riding the Train is better than their alternative of grinding for the man. If you're in this group, you can expect to start eventually and may wish to take the dive straight away, it is your only move to compete.

Joined some TRT forums to get info for my clueless old man when he started TRT, and the absolute betas (with 1100ng/dl) on there was insane, pissening

seems raising adult Test helps gains but does nothing for personality cos all the good brain changes happen with high T in the womb and over a lifetime

Some people feel fine with lower, some higher; depends on you personally. The ranges are just there as a guide, the average for the population; you can have high test based on the scale but still have the effects of low T. Inversely you can have low T but fee just fine.

I bicycled before and it did not change my personality at all. Did I feel more confident? Maybe but that was me telling myself I got all this test in me I should be a. Bad mofo.
Do a blood draw op. That's the only accurate way. I used requestatest.
Alot easier then going to a doctor and having to explain to.some retard why you want it done

NO need for Testosterone when you sit in a climate controlled cubicle on your obese ass while you have whatever food you want provided to you without hunting or cooking.
