One can that’s less than $2 gives you over 20grams protein, healthy fats and over 1500mg of Omega 3’s.

They're a good deal but can overpower what you're eating. I honestly probably haven't eaten them since the last time I was in Paris. I ordered a small pizza that had them and okay cool at first. But it was too much after one slice. I removed the rest of them from the pizza but the flavor was still so overpowering and seeped into the pizza that it's all I tasted even when they were gone. Bad experience that I should rethink and try in a different context. I enjoyed them up until that point.

I love to microwave them in public places, then throw them in various trash cans throughout the building.

I can't be bothered to put effort into preparing something so poverty, but I enjoy the value and nutrition so I eat them sometimes anyways
I add chia, quinoa, flax, and habanero sauce though so I can't even taste the poverty
