- The Dow before 2008 crash 14,000 and after 6,500.

So from 1932 to 2008 (76 years) the Dow went up 13,958 points

2008 to 2020 (12 years) it went up 15,500 points

These numbers will tell you how much of a complete joke our economy is and how big of a Ponzi scheme the stock market is.

yeah the 401k was down but I rarely ever concern myself with that, its my forget about it account. Did well with my options account, had spy put weeklies that I got on monday and sold off fri morning.

Stocks always go down so that's why you should always short them. Easiest money I've ever made. I used to invest and buy stonks, down 90%. Now only short, don't even care what stock it is and up 500k.

We are preparing to sell 50% of our total holdings since we are still way up. Sucks that we took a huge hit but that's the game, it happens.

I have no idea how much downside there is right now but it sure feels like a lot. The market price has felt like pure fiction for really long time now.
Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.
Lift heavy and do HIIT to look and feel awesome.
Use the internet to learn why you should do these things and how to do these things.

The indices don't even give an appreciation for the many small- and mid-cap growth stocks that are down insane amounts

S&P 500 and NASDAQ 100 are largely weighted towards the same group of companies (FAANG, Tesla, etc), many of which are still up bigly especially considering their size

SPY was at 320 at the end of 2019 and people were saying it looked toppy then. This market has a LOT of downside potential.

FOMC meeting is next week, and the market will either rally or absolutely capitulate based on what JPow plans to do.
