Don't do chest day before getting the vaccine

I had to get my booster, because of my work.

Now i can't tell if my chest tightness is doms or i'm not gonna make it.

Thats what i get for doing 20 chest sets yesterday.

I was going to do some cardio, but think i'll give it a miss.

What a faɡət i am.
