Anyone know any good Russian-English dictionary's or vocabulary lists? Looks like a good time to learn srs.

if really srs, the best dictionary is Romanov's. you have to learn to use it right, but it has everything. oxford is not bad.

textbooks, Golosa will do the job and has audio resources. do Golosa books 1 and 2, use Romanov's, watch some YouTube videos. if you do all that and it's going well, let me know and we'll talk next steps.

If you must learn it the best system is Pimsleur. And it’s not even close.

Russian Course published by Penguin is a good start. Duolingo is a little weak on vocabulary but good on cases and drills, it's free. Lingopie is an interesting approach but costs. 3ears is similar but free, I'm using it now to work on conversation. Getting involved in the Russian language universe is good so start using Yandex and have a presence on VK. I have a couple dozen friends who I converse with. Yes, they and I often use a translator but we're starting to share some videos and doing some online video chats. They get to work on English, I get to work on Russian. I also keep a phrase list of interesting sayings and thoughts that are Russian, some don't really translate. One of my friends is helping to drill me in reciting Yesenin. I've spent 380 days in a row doing at least one lesson on duolingo. It's help my reading a lot, writing some but writing in Russian is a PIA. It's not so good for conversation so I'm working on other resources to help with that. Я буду держать кулачки за тебя
