Are whites second class citizens in America?

Not talking about the ultra rich whites who get to tweet a few times a year about BLM and live a happy life. Talking about a regular middle-lower class white person.

Every race can talk chit about white people without any repercussions.

Affirmative action biased against whites and Asians.
Jobs hiring based on "diversity, equity,inclusion" basically means hire anyone except a white dude.

If a white cop looks at a black dude the wrong way and it's caught on tape, the cop will be fired.
