How Long Do You Wait?

Maybe it seems like an odd question, but how long do you usually wait to have sex with a girl you are seeing. I met a girl at a New Year’s party, I have been seeing her since. We have spent 11 days with each other since.

Prior to meeting this girl I was in a 5 year relationship with a girl from the age of 19-24, then I spent about a year alone (I’m 25 now, girl I’m currently seeing is 22).

I’ve never slept around, had a one night stand, friends with benefits, etc. Me and my ex lost our virginity to each other. I know a lot of you guys are on the promiscuous side but I am not, however the girl I’m currently seeing is becoming a little impatient. We do sexual things, but we haven’t had sex yet because I haven’t felt ready to do so. I’m wondering if that is being unreasonable on my part, considering the time frame.

I don’t want to end up regretting sleeping with this girl and I feel like I have some sort of anxiety about the situation. She seems to be really interested in me and seems to be moving us in the direction of an unofficial relationship. Going as far as telling her parents about me by name, having me sleep over her apartment, wanting to see me often, bringing a pillow to my house to keep here for her, telling me she knows she really likes me, etc. She is very attractive in my opinion, really my type physically. She is 5’10.5 and about 170lbs. So a tall and thick build which is ideal for me. So it’s not like I am lacking the physical attraction towards her.

Any genuine and helpful advice would be appreciated.

Be more receptive to her and escalate when you can sense she is wanting it. Pay close attention to her and don't overthink it.

oh well if it's an anxiety thing and things feeling out of place because it's a different woman then yeah I'd say it should be something you gotta push yourself through, as long as you know you want to do it.

I’ll be honest it’s been fun seeing how confused she is, makes her want me more for sure. However I think there is a line where if you go too long without giving anything some girls will become inpatient and seek that sexual relationship from someone else.

Chads are in no hurry with hot women. They know they can get that woman or another, so they don't mind investing time. They only race if they are with an average one and want an easy quicky.
Average guys are in a hurry with pretty women because they don't want to invest a ton and see it go no where. They test early and are pushy. Chad though knows he can get sex, so he confidently invests and takes his time.

Me personally, we talked about everything platonic over email for an hour or more, then on the phone, then talked about sexual stuff. The conversation just morphed. We eventually knew were we stood on stuff, met up, and got to business physically, starting with a 2 person bath that lasted 30 minutes.
