the cop was mad that the perp they just arrested was such a piece of chit because he was going around assaulting randos at a gas station then this fukking STUPID AF new cop grabs his belt and pulls him back even though he never assaulted the perp.

Back in the day before all this woke bs the female cop would've (and should be) fired for putting hands on the superior officer like that when he hadn't done anything wrong.
