Totally feel you. However, I’m less depressed nowadays. Forced myself to have a happy go lucky attitude and it’s kind of stuck with me now. No longer need alcohol most days to lower my inhibition to normal levels.

Most days are so hit or miss for me. One minute I feel great and the next I'm ready to commit murder-murder-murder-suicide.
