I bought a squat rack for $75.00 on FB marketplace

Some bb chick that didn't want it and already had another rack. Trying to make room in her gym.

The pulley system was broken, so my friend welded it together solid.

I had one similar to that i beat the hell out of for years, had to sell it when I moved to an apartment though but wish i had one again.

What I did for j hooks instead of those little ones was some standard screw type dumbell handles. They go all the way through the rack holes and it give the barbell that rubbery handle thing to sit on.

Idk bro, I bought a brand new squat rack with pulley system for $160 on Amazon. It's an 800lb capacity. You can find some Chinese brands for dirt cheap on Amazon.
