ITT there is not FDA approved vax

The current and only Pfizer vaccine available in the US is "Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19".

The FDA approval was for Pfizers "Comirnaty" NOT "Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19".

Comirnaty will not be available in the US until 2023 AFTER trials complete.

Here is a federal ruling confirming that "Comirnaty" and "Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19" are legally distinct:

if the "Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19" is already FDA approved and "Comirnaty" and "Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19" are chemically the same, then why is Comirnaty's FDA approval contingent on completion of clinical trials (at least by 2023). Its almost as if " Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19" isnt FDA approved after all because its NOT interchangeable legally with "Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19".
